GraceWell is designed specifically for seniors enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B.
What Is Healthcare Sharing?
Healthcare Costs Shared Through Community
Healthcare sharing allows members to help one another with eligible medical expenses through monthly contributions and shared support.

Rooted in the Early Church
Healthcare sharing is not a new idea.
In the Book of Acts, we see believers caring for one another in practical ways:
“All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.”
— Acts 2:44–45
We are also reminded:
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
— Galatians 6:2
GraceWell follows that same example today.
Members support one another through shared financial help, prayer, and encouragement.
What It Is — and What It Is Not
Healthcare Sharing is:
- A membership program
- Designed to work alongside Medicare
- A not-for-profit model
- Built on clear Guidelines
- Members helping members
Each member contributes a monthly share amount.
Eligible medical expenses are shared according to the Guidelines.
Healthcare Sharing is not:
- Insurance
- A government program
- Owned by shareholders
- Driven by profit
- Restricted to provider networks
- Limited by pre-existing condition rules
GraceWell operates as a not-for-profit program designed to serve its members. Healthcare dollars stay focused on helping people — not generating returns for investors.
How Does This Work With Medicare?
When Medicare does not fully pay aneligible medical expense, GraceWell members share the remaining amountaccording to the Guidelines.
GraceWell does not replace Medicare.
