Savings and Sharing — Designed to Work With Medicare

GraceWell provides prescription support in two ways:
Medicare remains your primary coverage.

Prescription Savings (All Members)

$0 generic medications at select pharmacies

Discounted pricing on many brand-name prescriptions

These savings are available whether or not you have met your Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA).

Savings programs can be used immediately.

Prescription Sharing (With Medicare Part D)

GraceWell does not replace Medicare Part D.

If you are enrolled in Medicare Part D:

Eligible prescription expenses that Medicare does not fully pay may apply toward your $1,000 annual PRA.

Once your PRA has been met, additional eligible prescription expenses may be shared according to the Guidelines.

Simple. Clear. Structured.

How It Works

Use your Medicare Part D coverage first

Review what Medicare paid

Submit eligible prescription expenses through the member portal
Eligible amounts apply toward your PRA
After your PRA is met, additional eligible expenses may be shared
