A Perk to Your Membership

Dental and vision care are important,  but they are not included by Medicare in most cases.

GraceWell members have access to a Dental, Vision & Hearing Savings program that helps reduce out-of-pocket costs.

This is a savings program, not insurance, and not medical sharing.

What the Savings Program Provides

Discounted dental services

Reduced pricing on vision exams

Savings on glasses and contacts

Members receive 20% to 35% savings on LASIK procedures.

Access to savings of 35% to 70% on hearing care services and products, including hearing aids, at nearly 6,000 locations nationwide.

 
Members simply show their member card at a participating provider and pay the discounted rate directly.

Why This Matters for Seniors

Medicare typically does not include:

 Routine dental cleanings

 Fillings or crowns

 Eye exams for glasses

 Frames and lenses

LASIK Surgery

THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE and is not intended to replace health insurance. This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is at gracewell.telemedsimplified.com. A written list of participating providers is available upon request.
