The PRA is the total amount you pay toward eligible medical expenses in a 12-month period.

You do not pay this amount upfront.

It is met over time as medical expenses occur.

After your $1,000 PRA has been met, eligible medical expenses are shared according to the Guidelines.

If you have an eligible medical expense that Medicare does not fully pay:

First, you would meet your $1,000 PRA.

After your PRA has been met, additional eligible expenses are shared by the GraceWell membership according to the Guidelines.

With GraceWell, you can plan ahead.

Each year, for eligible medical expenses, the most you would pay is:

Your Monthly Shares, plus

$1,000 toward eligible medical expenses (your PRA)

There are no co-share percentages and no surprise add-ons.

After your $1,000 PRA is met, eligible medical expenses are shared according to the Guidelines.
