Are there any out-of-pocket costs?
Here is a summary of member out-of-pocket costs:
There are some out-of-pocket costs to each Member Household, including:
- The Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA) of $1,000 is the annual amount of personal responsibility that the Member is willing to assume before their Eligible Medical Bills can be shared by other GraceWell members.
- Members may also incur out-of-pocket prescription costs if they don't have Medicare Part D. For those with Part D coverage, prescriptions must be paid for at the pharmacy and then can be submitted for sharing after the PRA has been met, OR, it would be applied toward the PRA.
