Getting Started Is Simple
A few easy steps are all it takes to begin using your membership.
Step 1
Bring Both Cards to Your Appointment
Bring your Medicare card and your GraceWell member card to every visit. Your provider will process the visit through Medicare as they normally would.
Step 2
Watch for Your Medicare Summary Notice in the Mail
After Medicare processes your visit, you will receive a Medicare Summary Notice by mail. It shows what Medicare paid and any remaining balance. Keep it for your records.
Step 3
Submit Your Documents When Needed
If a balance remains, submit your medical bill and Medicare Summary Notice through the GraceWell Bill Submission Tool in your Member Center.
Step 4
Keep Your Medicare Coverage Active
GraceWell works alongside Medicare. Medicare processes your care first, so keep your Medicare enrollment active and your information up to date.
