Submit Your Medical Bills
When Medicare finishes processing your visit, submit your documents for review.
You will need your medical bill and your Medicare Summary Notice.

Step 1

Watch for Your Medicare Summary Notice in the Mail
After Medicare processes your care, you will receive a Medicare Summary Notice by mail. It shows what Medicare paid and any remaining balance.
Step 2

Keep Your Medical Bill
Your provider may also mail you a bill showing the remaining balance. You will need both documents to begin the review process.
Step 3

Submit Your Documents
Log in to your GraceWell Member Center and open the Bill Submission Tool. Upload your medical bill and your Medicare Summary Notice.
Step 4

Meet Your Annual PRA
The first $850 in eligible expenses each year is your responsibility. This is your Primary Responsibility Amount.
Step 5

Your Eligible Expenses Are Shared
Once your PRA is met, GraceWell helps share additional eligible expenses. Members are responsible for 20% of eligible expenses after the PRA is met.
