Using Your Membership During a Visit
Your medical visits work the same way they always have.

Step 1
Visit Any Medicare Provider
You may visit any provider that accepts Medicare. Bring your Medicare card and your GraceWell member card to every appointment. Your provider submits the bill to Medicare directly.
Step 2
Watch for Your Medicare Summary Notice in the Mail
After your visit, Medicare will mail you a Medicare Summary Notice. This document shows what Medicare paid and any remaining balance. Keep it in a safe place.
Step 3
Keep Your Medical Bill
Your provider may also mail you a bill showing the amount remaining after Medicare’s payment. You will need both documents if you submit the expense for sharing.
Step 4
Submit Your Documents if Needed
If a balance remains, submit your medical bill and Medicare Summary Notice through the GraceWell Bill Submission Tool in your Member Center.
